These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lottery Experience mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Lottery Experience is an educational simulation app that demonstrates the mathematical reality of lottery odds. The App allows users to:

• Earn virtual tickets through tapping and watching advertisements
• Simulate lottery draws based on real Japanese Year-end Jumbo lottery odds
• Track statistics and history of virtual lottery results

Important: The App is a simulation for educational purposes only. It does not involve real money, real lottery tickets, or real prizes. No actual gambling occurs within the App.

3. Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 13 and above. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.

4. Virtual Currency and Items

All tickets, prizes, and monetary amounts displayed in the App are virtual and have no real-world value. They cannot be:

• Exchanged for real money or prizes
• Transferred to other users
• Redeemed outside of the App
• Purchased with real money (the App is free with advertisements only)

5. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the App, you agree to view these advertisements. Ad viewing may reward you with virtual tickets within the App.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the App
• Use automated tools or scripts to interact with the App
• Attempt to circumvent any security features or limitations of the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the App

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the App

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through the App
• Any errors or omissions in any content

10. Educational Purpose

The App is designed for educational purposes to demonstrate the statistical reality of lottery odds. It is not intended to encourage or promote gambling. The simulated odds are based on real Japanese lottery data to provide an accurate educational experience.

11. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any features within the App at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
